I have a date!!

I went to my appointment yesterday and was given the date of September 20th. I am headed to the losing side!! I have much faith in God and I am not scared of the surgery but of the different ways that my life is going to change(hopefully for the good). I'm nervous but ready. I also told my mother yesterday. It wasn't smooth sailing. She totally freaked, but said she would support me. WHich is what I wanted to hear. I love her sooooooo much.

Way To Go!!!!! Don't party too hard now. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Bridget, So glad to hear that your Mother is going to support you in this. I'll start putting together info for you, Like what to bring to the hospital, and such. My date was one of those- "That soon?" sorts as well, And it actually beats the heck out of waiting. I'm away from my normal e-mail today But will be checking in on the board from time to time. Yeaaaaaaaa! I am so happy for you!!! Guesss What?? My surgery date is also 9/20/04 .....approx. 9:15 is when they will start the surgery. I will be praying for you!! I wish you a speedy recovery!! Jo
