Tuesday I finished up at Dr Frazier's office and he mailed my letter to Dr. Blakes office that afternoon. I am now waiting on Kristy his nurse to call with an appt. I will then get a date. I am so ready. I never post but get on daily,,,,, sometimes 2 or 3 times. My husband looks too sometimes. He is very interested and supportive. I would love to meet everyone. We seem like family in the website. This website is invaluable to me. PRay that I will get a date soon. I have been working on this since Dec 2002. I appealed in June 2003 and got my 1st appt in Jan of this year. I am all finished now and so ready. Talk more later Jane from coastal MS Poplarville

Hey Jane, Yeah!!!! Almost there! Let us know immediately when you get your date! They have started having support meetings at or near Forest General in Hattiesburg. I don't know the details, but if you look back on the MS board, somebody mentioned it. I am so happy for you!!!! Love, Arlies

Hi Jane! Glad to hear things are finally coming together for you. I've been there, and I've finally gotten my surgery three months ago. Some of us have a long journey, and in the end it's worth it. Maybe you can set up a profile for yourself, gives you something to do while waiting for the "day" to come. This site helped me so much getting prepared for the afterlife.
