Hi, got to go back to Jackson today to get the nutri. evaluation done. Hope this time I get approved once we get this all done again. Been over 8 months since I got the last one done. Looks like as long as it isn't over a year they could use it, but then who knows. Gotta run, picking up my mom in Charleston on the way to ride with me. later

I called and spoke to Adam this morning. I have been smoke free for 31 days so now they will schedule my appointments for pre op testing. How long did it take for them to give you appointments?

Hi, I'm back, didn't take no time to get all of it done. Just set there in the room and listen to the nutritionlist talk, Jeannie typed up my letter and all they needed was to hear me say that I understood the diet plans that I would be put on once I have surgery. so it was no big deal.. Donna, the anwer to your question is, I went to the seminar in June, then they processed my paper work, I got the appointment with the nurse praticioner on July 1, and then they sent in my information to the insurance office and that took from then til now, I was given 45 days from my insurance to get the psy. and nutr. done, and get the other stuff that was needed like the last three years of my TSH lever, and then they asked for my BMI for the last three years as well, and letter of clearence for surgery from my PCP. So I am going to call jeannie tomorrow and see if I need to ge that part or, if she already has it in my medical records that they have that I gave them at the seminar.
