Scooter!

Hey gang, Guess what??? I am FINALLY getting my scooter (electric wheelchair)!!! It will be delivered on Tuesday!!! For those of ya'll who have seen me hobble around, you know what a relief this will be as well as how limited my travels have been!! Now, I will take on the malls with my 12 year old!!! According to the rep, it is fully loaded, my doctor approved EVERYTHING - all the extras!!! They called me one day last week and told me that my coshare was a little over $2000, and asked how I wanted to go about paying for it! (With what???) After we plyed thru all the financial (or lack of) detail and hung up, I thought "COPAY"??? We hit our catastropic cap back in March (thank you, dh!!) and I NO LONGER PAY COPAYS this fiscal year!! Called them back and told them that, we three-wayed with a Tricare rep who confirmed - so TRICARE IS PICKING UP THE WHOLE TAB!!!!!!! THANK YOU, GOD!!!!!!! Emmalee and I can hardly wait!!! Next Saturday, we are going to the mall - even with no money, we can still look!!! The moral of my little story is!!! NEVER DESPAIR!!! GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT, AND WAIT, AND WAIT, AND WAIT!!!! God is always trying to teach me patience and on occasion, he gives me a reward for hanging in there!!!! Smoochies & hugs, Arlies

Congrats!!!! Now don't go out there and get a speeding ticket . Hope you get it and do laps at the mall, Sam's and Wal-Mart. You will be scooting all over the place b4 you know it. Hang on and Ride like the wind.
