Hey Sabrena, Wish I had an answer for you. I did my WLS through Liv-Lite, and they took care of all of the pre-op paperwork, insurers, scheduled my tests and everything. There was little to no waiting. Don't know what that sweet Becky Wilson did, but my pre-op stuff was a breeze. If you keep hitting walls, maybe give them a call. I would do an appeal thru the insurance company AND I would get the insurance benefit lady to contact the insurance company also. I would go at it at both ends. God bless and hope you get approved SOON

That sounds logical. Right now I am trying to get Tulane to send me a copy of our benefits package. I was told by someone else with the same that on a particular page there was a phrase that over ruled the exclusion. So maybe if I can just read up on it, who knows I may can find a loophole. I am starting to feel much more confident that I will get approved somehow. Brenie
