Hey you wonderful woman.... When did you call? I am going to a football game tonight but I should be home all weekend. I have no life and all... haha... I want to talk to you too. I tried to call you a few times and the line was BUSY BUSY BUSY.... Work Work Work.... I talked to my surgery nurse yesterday and I have to go on a low fat cholestoral diet on the 14th! Then on the 20th -I have to go on a clear liquid diet. Man -- Thats gonna be hard - Plus I have to quit smoking... My name is Christine Clayton and I am addicted to cigarettes! Thats gonna be hard too... Work better watch out! I still dont think it has actually HIT me yet. I did sit down last night and wrote to my family and friends. I cried alot but it was things I wanted to say. It was very odd to because exactly when I finished my part to my sister - she called. I said that is freaky! She thought I was morbid for doing that and she wanted me to read me her part. I wouldnt. Then I got to my friends and I was thinking which one of them I wanted to read these to everyone and I choose my friend Danielle. NO KIDDING - She called. She lives in Baton Rouge and we only talk about twice a month so it was odd. She thought I was crazy too and now she is worried sick about me. I think alot of people didnt expect me to get approved and so they never thought twice about it. Anyway - I am rambling. I am gonna download Yahoo tonight and see if I cant look you all up! Hey Christine, how are ya? fine, I hope .You can quit smoking girl ,you can do it I have been quit smoking 4 years and I quit back in May 2000 and the only time I was tempted to go back to smoking was when my little brother died in 2001 and Thank God I never started back.Quiting smoking to me is easier than losing weight and keeping it off.That is a battle I can't wait to win ....................Sherry..........

Its gonna be hard hard hard.... I heard a girl in my support group ask my srugery nurse when she needed to quit smoking and she told her that cutting back would help greatly and that it will just make it harder for the anestesialogist to put her to sleep. I havent told her yet that I smoke. I am gonna do my best to quit!
