I'm Sorry! Everyone Pls Read

Hey WLS Family I am writting concerning my last post! I gave the impression that Dr Cleveland & his Staff weren't doing their jobs. However, this was NEVER my intention to make anyone think negative about these wonderful people. I am now mad at my oweself for making others (including Dr Cleveland's Staff) think that I thought that they wasn't doing their jobs. It was never their fault that they had not received my CLEARENCE LETTER from the cardiologist's office. The cardiologist's office faxed my letter of clearence to the wrong office, therefore Adam nor Jeannie did NOT recieve it. It was all a big mess. I want to step forward and ask Adam, Jeannie, Dr Cleveland and all of you to please FORGIVE ME! Love ya All, Jo W. P.S. I was told by the cardiologist office this evening that Adam now has my clearence letter in his office!! So surgery date won't be long now.

Hey Jo, Sorry to hear about your feeling bad and all. But don't beat yourself up about it. When you called your Dr.'s office to ask about the new surgery date, they should have stepped up, look into what was going on, and then tell you that they didn't have the letter they needed. Then steps could have been taken, to take care of it. And all of your worrying and being upset could have been avoided. I am in no way saying that your Dr. or his staff is bad, or is not up to par. But lack of, to no communication is a very bad thing. To me it is anyway. The few times I emailed Adam in the past, he was right on top of things. I would have to say that I would trust him. Maybe they were all having a bad day, week or whatever. Who knows? Things happen. And your being excited and ready to go last month, might have made you a little more edgie than normal. We all get that way. PS- Make sure, they have made notes for you to have pain meds!!! JUST KIDDING. SMILE. It improves your face value So hang in there Sweetie, Tammy
