Where will you be?
Ok, with all the stressful things we are going thru I thought it was time for a fun one.
In one year where will you be? Nothing is too big to dream of !!!!!
I will be down at least 100 pounds. I will be running to the lake and swimming in the pool daily. I will have a tan and my back will no longer hurt!!! My life will be wonderful. Also my first grandchild will be almost one year old and starting to walk, whooo hooo what joy that child will bring to our lives.
God bless and I pray your dreams come true.

I will be 100 pds slimmer and loving life even more. I can walk without joint pain and keep up with my precious family. Swim and bike all the day long!
I will be able to get on the floor with my 5 year old, play ball with my 9yr old and wrestle with my 18 year old. And my husband! I will just make him proud!haha A wife that isn't HUGE!
I want to be outdoors so much more by this time next year. I love it outdoors!
I can't wait until my surgery. Hopefully Dec.
God Bless
Jane
Oh..this is a fun one....esp since my surgery is now ONLY TWO WEEKS AWAY!
In a little less than a year from now (next June or July), I will hopefully be down about 100 lbs. I will be in Kauai, Hawaii with my entire family for a trip we have been planning for five years. I will be hiking into the rainforest-like land, walking on the lava and sand beaches, taking a helicopter ride into a volcano (and not having to worry about the weight limit) and hula-ing with my neices at a night luau. I might not every be in a bikini but I do hope to at least be able to wear a one piece with shorts without having to wear a t-shirt over it that goes down to my knees! lol

One year from now....
My surgery will be well in the past (she says with her fingers crossed)....
I am not gonna worry about pounds now, but by then, I won't need the scooter buggy in Wal-mart....
We will be alot closer to being out of debt.....
I will be planning a Christmas break walking tour of New Orleans....
I will be riding my bicycle every day and walking several miles a day....
Now, just come on surgery!!!!
Love,
Arlies
My what a wonderful thought. I think this time next year will find me lighter, happier, more content with who I am and confident. It is so wonderful that we can dream these dreams. This time last year all of this was just a thought or hope. Now, the future looks so promising. I pray I will have a grandaughter to go with my 7(seven) grandsons. Take care.
Smiles, Jan
I love these " a year from now" posts. Partially because I saw my sister-in-law go through surgery and lose so much in one year, I was green with envy since we both started to enquire about RNY at the same time and I got denied my first time around, so she got a head start on me
One year from now, I'll definitely be below 200 lbs, which I haven't seen since I was like 16 or 17 years old. I will be able to sit and cross my legs at my knees, not at my ankles
Also in another year I'll be sending my firstborn off to her junior year in Highschool ( depressing!! Getting old!! )
But all in all, a year from now, I will look and feel like a completely new person. I'm already so much better and more energetic, and now that you can start seeing the weightloss, not just on the scale but alltogether, I'm getting comments left and right about how they can TELL!! It's wonderful.
I wish all of you girls and guys out there who are pre-op that you will get your approval and surgery date very soon and I can't wait to see you post your success stories.
And the ones that are post-op... keep up the good job!!

Just a side note, off topic...
You look GREAT. I am amazed at the difference and you are only 8 weeks? 60 pounds? that is amazing. No doubt you will reach below 200 in another year.
You keep up the great work. Seeing profiles like yours is what keeps me going during my time of waiting. Please keep us updated(motivated to work for our goals).
God bless you
