I wanted to thank everyone for the advice on who to talk to about havin surgery....tomorrow mornin i am gonna call dr blakes office bright and early and also call vocational rehab so i will feel yall in on my progress and thanks everyone hopefully all works out
You go!!!!!! I am so glad you are going to follow through. Dr. Blake's office has all the numbers and paperwork for Voc Rehab. Also, they have a financial aide packet you can fill out. Good luck and keep us posted!
