Im so mad!

TOday was my 15th day. I was supposed to have an answer from my insurance company today regarding my appeal. They are officially closed now and I left 2 messages today and have yet to recieve a call back. I am so frustrated I could scream. Anyone know what happens if they dont meet their own deadline?

Ya know what Donna??? I missed a call from my insurance company today --- They left me a voice mail and asked that I call. By the time I got the call they were closed! Can you believe that? All my waiting and I miss the call and its my fault... I will be calling first thing in the morning... I so hope that your message is a good sign that I will get my approval first thing in the morning. Oh... tonight is going to be awful!
