A lady on the main board wrote the same thing as you yesterday Carolyn. Everyone there told her that it was just her body adjusting and that she would start loosing again.

Carolyn, I DID have a lull in loss between 2-3 weeks on the scale. I figured it was normal. But since the Gall Bladder surgery it is falling off. Are you walking yet? I walked as much as I could before I started getting sick. That seemed to help. I was not taking in but between 350 and 500 calories before second surgery. Since I have upped that to about 600-800, depending on the day. Combined with walking and using 3 lb weights while walking I am seeing a drop. I weigh every 3-5 days. I was weighing every day and loosing my mind when I did it. Cuz the scale was going up and down. If you are weighing every day, try to stop. It will drive you INSANE. I was weighed on the 10th at Dr. Kings office and then I weighed last friday and then today. I am determined to give the scale TIME to move. lol. Just keep it up and I promise you will see it going. I personally don't notice it. I am -46.8 lbs as of today. But I DO see it in my clothes. We see ourselves EVERY day, so we do not really notice. When I was not loosing on the scale I was loosing INCHES. So keep that in mind. It blew my mind when I knew the scales had not moved to put on something that HAD been tight, to have it fit comfortably. I noticed your BMI was almost exactly the same as mine. I am 6 ft tall so I know I am not gonna loose at the same rate that someone shorter than myself would. So just keep up the good work and follow Dr. Kings Plan. It does work. I weighed 279 today and I have not weighed under 280 in over 6 years. Try not to get discouraged. Everytime I thought I would weigh more in the office I was suprised to see a significant loss! Much Love, Angie If I can help out in any way please let me know!
