I got a surgery date!!

Hey everybody! Today is a good good GOOD day for me, lol. I saw Dr. Salameh today for my pre-surgery appt. and got my surgery date!! It's scheduled for MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH, 2004!!!!!

I'm soooooo excited! It really, really seems real to me now that I actually have a date to look forward to. I know I'll probably totally freak out about a week before, but I have plenty of time to prepare myself before then. Any advice from any of your post-ops about what to take to the hospital, what to have on hand for when you get home, etc, would be much much appreciated! I love all of ya! God Bless! Kristi

Kristi, Congrats on your date!

It will be here b4 you know what hit you! We missed you at the meeting last night! As far as what to take, I took half my house and only used my Robe and slippers, brush, toothpaste and toothbrush and deoderant. Make sure your robe covers your Hiney, My hubby was constantly yanking on mine when we walked for fear someone might want a glimpse of mine.

I took a book and it never even came out of my bag, can you say DEMORAL!!
