Question for Dr. Blake's or Dr. Salameh's Patients....

Hey all....I have my pre-surgery appointment with Dr. Salameh this coming Tuesday. I was just wondering what all they do at this appointment...what tests are run, who do I see, etc.....I am just wondering what to expect. I think I FINALLY get a surgery date at that appointment.
