My surgeon consultation>>>>>>

Hi Everbody, Well my visit with Dr. Blake was great. He put me at ease with his careing attitude. Of course, I had already met him at the Support Meeting in Jackson. It was almost funny, I talked so much, he would say"wait, we will get to that in just a min." He answered all my questions and made me feel I have another chance to live a normal life. I told him I just wanted to be able to walk with my grandsons and maybe even run! I am at complete peace about my surgery. I explained to him that I am a Christian and know I am ready to go Home, if God is ready to take me. I hope he feels as much at peace as I do about my surgery. I am just waiting for my other appointments now. Christy was very nice and let me know if I have any questions later to call. I'll let you know when I hear anything. Have a great day, Smiles, Jan

Hey Jan , I am so excited for you and am glad to hear all went well with your consultation,I was going to use Dr. Blake too but, it was going to take another six months or so before I could even get an appointment with him .I have heard wonderful things about him.I am with you girl I can't wait to get back to a normal life either.Keep us all posted ...Sherry......

Yeah, Jan!!! I agree, Dr. B. is a very personable, caring individual, and he will remember your name every time you see him!!! I am so glad you have gotten the "process" started. Hopefully, time will move fast now! Smoochies Arlies
