UMC Patients Pre Op

I changed Dr's but got a letter today from the psych dr at umc. If you do not have a regular psych and use the one Dr Blake will refer you to, it will cost you 220.00. The letter said they do not file insurance and you have to pay when you have the visit. I thought some of you who are just starting out would appreciate the info.
