Feeling like Bariatic Boob

Hi, It has been sometime since i posted last. I have presently lost over 40 lbs I guess part of me felt like I was such a boob for not knowing when to drink and when not to drink. To look at the sugar grams and stuff like that. I have relied on a few to help me through some major trails of what happens after the GBpS I thought I knew it all and i didnt... HOW could i possible be so informed but not have a clue. I dont know i convinced my self to hide from you guys my friend snd confidants cheerleader an angels alike. I think part of the joy in having this surgery is finding another group of friends that love me ... Thanks
