Got an appointment at the B/C to see the nurse practitioner

HI, got a call from Sandra today at the B/C and she made an appointment for me with the nurse practitioner. Now we have to do is prove medical necessity and my insurance will approve. Should I take extra medical records with me to this appointment.I just did a update on my pap smear and they did blood work? What you here think about taking them with me. All I have to do is run by my PCP and ask for a copy. The appointment is on July 1st. Wish me luck.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I would take everything you can get your hands on... you can never have too much information... also if insurance asks for more information they will already have it and can send it directly to them without you having to run around and get it. Keep us updated. CONGRATS

HI Susan, I gave them all I had the 8th when I went to the seminar, but since then I have gone to the doctor and gotten a pap smear with blood work, so I will get a copy of it and take it as well. Thanks!
