I got my pack in from Bariatric Surgery Cneter today

Hi, all I got my pack so now i'm completing the forms so I can give it back to them next Tuesday at the seminar i'm schuduled for. I can't wait to get this started again, I sure hope this will work to get my approval with my insurance, I was turned down for the long-limb gastric surgery, but was told I would more that likely be approved for the short-limb so here's praying I get approved in the next two months or so.
