Got my first date

Hello Arlies, It is so good to hear from you again. You were my first MS/wls friend. Remember, I was coming to the last meeting and it flooded in Jackson between 4-6. I will be there to the June meeting, if we don't have another flood. I am so excited for you. You are so much closer now! Thanks for the info about the new BO room. I did ask Daphney to put me on the cancelation list. The problem I have is that I was suppose to have my second total knee replacement in March, but I wouldn't plan it until I was on Dr. Blakes list. Now I think I will see if I can have one more steriod shot. I had my last one in Dec. and I still can tolorate the pain. Wish me luck on taking care of that old "knee". Thanks again, Smiles Jan

There is also a support group meeting in Clinton on June 9 at the Shoney's. I don't remember the details, but if you email Dave (further down on the MS board), he will give you specifics. It is for anyone doesn't matter who the dr is.... My knees are hurting in sympathy with yours!!! Acutally they are hurting on their own. I am taking Viovoxx and it helps alot, but doesn't get rid of all the pain. smoochers, Arlies

Arlies, that sounds great but the Brookhaven group meets on the 1st Monday of the month. I will need to just try to come for the one at UMC. Please keep me posted on that one. Thanks, Jan
