What do I expect at a visit with the dietician & Nurse Practioner?

I go to the clinic this thursday. I am all new to this. All I have done at this point is go to a seminar and turned in my paper work that u feel out in the beginning of this journey. I now have an appt. with the nurse practioner and I am wondering what to expect. I know that I will be weighed in, but what else can anyone out there tell me?? All replys will be greatly appreciated.
