Hi Sean! I have UHC PPO with Caterpillar. I am having RNY, first appt. with Dr. King is scheduled for July 3, 2003. I got my approval through UHC very quickly in about 1 month with very few comorbidties. Talk to your employer and also contact the insurance company yourself, I did about 1 time a wee****il my approval. Wishing you well with everything!
