Hi, If any of you have read my profile it looks like most everyone else's. I am waiting on insurance approval to get a date and have my rebirth. I had hoped this rebirth would not only be a rebirth from being fat, looked down upon and clothes descrinmination but also a rebirth from pain and illness that has plaged me for several years. I know some of you have the same feelings. If it's one thing we share it is these feelings. I had talked to the insurance company yesterday and they are going to put my file on top of the stack since it has been there so long and get a decision made soon. That was great news!! One step closer to my rebirth. I got a call from my Neurologist office yesterday. I suffer from constant migraines and go the the Neuro to rule out any major things like brain tumor and stuff. I have been going every six months for a little over 2 years. Not much relief from the migraines, we can't seem to find a medication that I can take and will work. Anyway, they called and said my SED Rates were evavated and my C-Reactive Protien was through the roof. So now I have to have more blood work. Try to rule out what might be causing this. My request is that you guys PRAY FOR ME!! I need this surgery and my Neuro is supporting me on this (as long as it's Lap Band) I don't want anything to happen to slow things down now. So Please Pray for me. Thanks for listening and letting me tell my story. Cindi

Michelle, Thanks for the information. I did some research last night and fount 2 things that match my symptoms. 1. Polymyalgia Rheumatica and 2. Giant Cell Arteritis. The blood work I had yesterday was a Vasculitus Profile. Drs office said this was a very rare test. I won't know results for a week or so. Pray for me, I need this surgery first then I'll deal with the other. Cindi

Bless your heart. You are definitely in my prayers. I don't know how migraines feel, but Jim and Em both suffer with them, so you have my sympathy on that too. I will keep you close in prayer. smoochies Arlies
