hey hey guess what i want to know?
WHat did ya'll eat AND/OR do for exercise yesterday?
here's what all i done the good and the bad!
7:00 100 cal yogart with bit of grapnuts sprinkled in.
7:30 low carb monster drink
8:00-930 kickbox class and work out with pt after
11:00 hand ful of baked lays chips, 5 wheat thins with hummus ( BAD BAD lunch )
3:00 reese peanutbutter cup
Only one!
4:00-5:00 me and the Dh met our pt at the gym, we ran , and workout and pumped some iron --peanutbutter cup worked off-hehe!
6:00 homemade fajaitas NO WRAP beef and bell peppers and onions little sour cream and guac to dip it in!
OK OK heres were it get REALY REALY REALY BAD
8:30-12:00 WAY TOOOOOOOOO many margaritas and few other drinjks that i dont know the name of! IT was my BIRTHDAY NIGHT OUT with my girl friend. I DO NOT usually drink this much ususaly ONE Is all i have I will try to remember to count next time! hehe IM PAYING for it now and i got to be at the gym in a hour and a half for spin class , IM ALREADY SPINNING NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SO ok i can handle the flames , BRING them on , NEED TO HERE IT BEFORE FRIDAY NIGHT ( my Real brithday) haha

L 1/2 club on wheat minus part of the bread
8 french fries dipped in ketchup

D Chinese (one bite rice, 1/2 egg roll, 1/2 crab ragoon, 2 pot wedges, 1 broccoli floret, bite chicken, 2 shrimp)
S sf chocolate candy and 3 malted milk balls
I have been exercising this week. I went to the gym twice on Monday (lunch break and after work), twice on Tuesday (lunch and after work), and Wed I did not go as I go to church on Wed evenings and did not take a lunch break. But I will be going to the gym at lunch today and plan to do some kickboxing this evening.

I love the kickboxing. I am going to order turbo jam and try that next. It is kickboxing with some dance added in. I think that will be fun. Of course, I saw that one on a infomercial. So, I exercise and watch exercise on TV. Yep, I am a nut. But that is okay. I find new stuff to try by watching those infomercials.

B- oatmeal and a blueberry bagel with cream cheese
L- Roast beef sandwich
D- Beef liver smothered with onions, mashed potatoes
S- two white choc macadamia nut cookies (made me dump! serves me right!)
As usual I did not get any exercise other than walking from one of our office buildings to the other, may equal to a half a mile. Now that I am out of school, maybe I can get my butt back to the gym.
You went out for your birthday and didn't invite Sara and I.
I guess we aren't your friends anymore, hunh??? Seems like every time I ask you to do something, you can't cause you don't have a babysitter. You know Sara will only be here for a little over a month and she will be leaving, we need to BOTH spend time with her before she moves away!

YES YOU AND SARA are my frineds , i just happen to have more than two. You know differant sets of friends,I'm sure ya'll have the same. I would love to do something with ya'll but i usually don't have a sitter until late at night when donnie is at home. Lunch is just kindda hard for me to do , with the 2 girls , they drive me nuts in public, so it would be miserable for all involved if i brought them. I can go out most any night as long as Donnie is home to watch the kids, and its after he gets his tail home from the gym !

D: Pork chop and very little biscuit with tomato gravy

I do much better at not snacking when I eat breakfast. Started eating breakfast again this morning.
