Getting to know you!!! Monday and Tuesday!!!

This is fun and maybe some of you lurkers may post!!!! LOL!!!! 1-What is your favorite meal after surgery? 2-Describe your newest summer outfit purchase! 3-What kind of vacation plans do you have for this year? 4-What is your most favorite new sugar-free product at the Grocery Store or what is the newest product you have tried? 5-What size pants and shirt are you wearing now and what size are you going to wear in 6 months???? 6-Newest Favorite color?

1-I think that my favorite meal is a meat and veggie soup, with bread. It seems to go down good and I feel comfortable but not too full. 2-I bought a printed dress in earth tones, it is a sleeveless sheath with some wooden beads on the neckline. I bought a olive green jacket to wear over it, saggy arms still! Yuck! 3-My vacation to Spain is over, now I have a working holiday in MS. I havent been home since Katrina and am sure that I have a few surprises in store for me. I also have to get the house restocked so that if evacuees have to come it will be ready. 4-I bought sugar-fee chocolate with almonds, which tasted lovely. I am looking forward to trying lots of SF stuff when I come home and taking back a huge suitcase full!!!!! 5-I am down to a size 14 (comfortable) I plan to go and try on some things, as I think that is the right size, I am pretty much on a plateau, dont know if I have reached set point or not, but maybe I will make it to a 12 (my goal) by the six month mark.... 6-For some reason, now I love the new oranges, reds and golds, hot colors! I usually wear the jewel tones as they look good on me, but I guess I am tired of my old color range and want to try something different! Hope all of you have a good and fun week ahead without any problems!!!!!

1-What is your favorite meal after surgery? Grilled fish with steamed broccoli 2-Describe your newest summer outfit purchase! Just bought several things. Some shorts, capris, and shirts. Hubby went along and helped pick them out. 3-What kind of vacation plans do you have for this year? No big plans this year. 4-What is your most favorite new sugar-free product at the Grocery Store or what is the newest product you have tried? My daughter and I love the Murrays sf thin mint cookies. Taste just like the Girl's Scout ones. 5-What size pants and shirt are you wearing now and what size are you going to wear in 6 months???? I wear 4's, 6's, and 8's depending on the brand and what it is. Hopefully that is where I will stay. I am over two years out and exactly where I want to be from here on out. So, hoping for no size changes. 6-Newest Favorite color? Red and deep salmon have always been my favorite colors. And that hasn't changed since surgery. Have a good day!! Melissa

1-What is your favorite meal after surgery? seafood.. funny as it is, I did not like any seafood prior to surgery, and now I love it all. 2-Describe your newest summer outfit purchase! I guess it was my shorts and t-shirt I bought in Key West 3-What kind of vacation plans do you have for this year? We are going on a cruise in July with our kids, my MIL, SIL and my husband's aunt . A big Family event, going to Cozumel and Costa Maya Mexico. 4-What is your most favorite new sugar-free product at the Grocery Store or what is the newest product you have tried? I don't really use a lot of sugar free products. When I bake, I use splenda in the place of sugar. I do eat low sugar stuff, and I do like the sugar free cupcakes from Walmart bakery. (thanks Sara!) 5-What size pants and shirt are you wearing now and what size are you going to wear in 6 months???? I wear a 2 petite in Misses, and a 3 in Jrs. I can also wear a 14 or 16 Slim in little girls, they have such cute clothes in the little girls dept. Shirts I wear a Small. 6-Newest Favorite color? Pink

Sugar free cupcakes. Where do you find these? I haven't seen these at our Walmart. Are they made at Walmart and with all the other stuff or are they boxed or what? Sounds yummy. Melissa

I found them in the bakery at Walmart. I am not sure if Walmart makes them or not, they are the mini cupcakes, they come in vanilla and chocolate and have a whipped cream icing on top. They are good!! In my Walmart they were right up next to the display where the birthday cakes and things are. Rhonda

I HAVE FOUND SOME GREAT PANTS THAT FIT REALLY WELL IN BLACK WITH A TURQUISE (?) SHIRT. 3-What kind of vacation plans do you have for this year? GOING TO COLORADO FOR A FRIENDS WEDDING. SHE HASN'T SEEN ME SINCE SURGERY. I CAN HARDLY WAIT TO SEE HER. 4-What is your most favorite new sugar-free product at the Grocery Store or what is the newest product you have tried? I HAVE NOT TRYED ANYTHING NEW THAT IS SUGAR FREE. 5-What size pants and shirt are you wearing now and what size are you going to wear in 6 months???? I AM WEARING A SIZE 20 NOW. 6 MONTHS AGO I COULD NOT FIT IN A 26! THAT IS PANTS. SHIRTS I WAS WEARING A 30-32 NOW I AM WEARING A 22-24 AND IT IS GETTING A LITTLE BIG. NOT UNWEARABLE BIG BUT JUST A LITTLE. YEA! 6-Newest Favorite color? SAME AS BEFORE YELLOW OR RED. STEPH 325/256

1. Favorite meal- don't know yet, this is my last week on the pureed diet and I am looking forward to eating something good I just don't know what that'll be. 2. New summer purchase- haven't bought anything, it's still early out for me and I really don't want to spend on clothes I won't be able to wear. It is nice to fit into some of my things from last summer though. And next summer, hear I come!!! 3. Vacation plans- nothing big my sister and I are planning on taking the kids to atlana 4. new s/f product- the newest product i've tried and really like is kroger brand carb master yogurt, good taste with 12g of protien 5. pant size now and in 6 mths- size 20 now hopefully a 14 in 6mths 6. favorite new color- periwinkle blue

1. Fajitas no wraps! Steak and shrimp! favoriate snack of the moment is hummus, or edamame(soy bean pods). 2. HAHA My newest summer outfit i bought yesterday! A CUTE DARLING TINY BIKINI!Its WHITE with red and tan flowers, ties at the neck and around the back and the bikini bottom has little red ties on the sides! IM sure i will never wear this anywhere but my back yard! WEll i might next year after i have my PS! oh and i have a new white crochet(sp) strapless dress that i love, and a little red dress that is WAY short, showes off my bestest body parts! 3. I dont have any plans , i the fly by the seat of my pants type of gal , will will take several small trips to gulf shores and destin , other than that nothing! 4. fav sugar free products is the little green tea packs that you add to your water bottle i like the mandrain orange flavor. Also i cant live with out my sugar free monsters and diet rock stars, yeah these have carbonation and lots of caffene so its not for most of you , but i need to energy that they give me ! 5. I'm wear mostly size 10 pants some are too tight but most all 12's are too big, so kinda in between . hopefuly in 6 mos i will be a good size 10 maybe some 8's i have NO desire to be in a smaller size than and 8 anything smaller than that is kinda gross to me. or on me would be gross i should say ! ( dont want you wafes to think im saying your gross, HAHA) 6. No fav new colors for me I love black , white & creams! I throw a little pink , salmon and red in every once in a while for fun!
