Hey there... Are you looking for a Primary Doc? If so Dr. Corrina Warren out of St. Lukes is fantastic. I went to her after my original doctor wouldn't sign off on the surgery or give me a reccomendation. Shes been great and supportive.

Thanks for all the info on your doctor. I will try and give him a call. I had a good doctor through Cox system for many years but he moved to another state, and then I moved away for a short time. When I came back I couldn't believe how hard it is to find a doctor!!

Topic: I'm Back...
Well I have finally come back and made up my mind to try this again. I lost hope of getting my surgery when my dr did bring me in for my weight loss attempts like he was suppose. So I am at the beginning again instead of having my surgery this summer like he promised. I know live in St Louis and am looking for a general dr that can help me with this process. Any and all reccomendations are app....

Just wondering if anyone has any experience ( good or bad ) with the doctor I selected. Im still waiting on insurance approval for a sleeve, but, hopefully will know something soon. Thanks!

I just said a prayer for you. Just know that we are all here for you and will help you in anyway we can. I myself have been having those same kind of feelings...like I just can't take anymore!! I'm taking it one day at a time (actually there are times it's a minute by minute thing) and asking the Lord to help me thru it.
I noticed that you live in OP. I'm in Gardner. Maybe we could meet sometime for lunch or dinner and talk? We also had the same surgeon. Looks like I had my rny a year before you did. So we could compare "battle scars" or just talk. I know it really does help having someone to just listen. Please send me a personal message if you'd like to get together sometime. I'm a stay at home Mom, however, I do substitute teach a few days a month. Could meet for lunch or dinner or just a cup of coffee.
