Hello OH,

Had a long run yesterday and was tired so was really happy to just stay home today. Been cleaning house a little, at least got the laudry done and the fridge cleaned out. Had so much stuff in there from dinners that I couldn't finish, washed little plastic dishes for about 15 minutes. I'm getting better at only fixing what I can eat at a meal, so hopefully won't have to do that much.

Went to have a consult for a sleep study on Thursday, and the Nurse Pratictioner decided that since I'm losing so much weight we need to put the study off for 6 months, they adjust my machine and fit me for a smaller mask. I was waking up at night with the medium one flapping like a bird. The new mask works better and I'm actually sleeping better. She thinks when I get close to my goal weight I may not need the Bi-Pap any more, I sure hope she's right.

Jan~I love my jalapenos on sandwiches and especially in chili. They don't burn my stomach but really taste great. I have even put them on spaghetti.

Jo~I would hire you to come down and touch up the walls in my house, they didn't get all the dust after sanding the new walls and there are spots the need to be retouched, I don't have the motivation to paint and can't aford a professional. Maybe one day the boys will get the job done.

Well have some things to do so guess I'll post this and try to get busy.

Hope you all have a good week-end. Love

and Lots of HUGS

What a beautiful day!!  Vacation is over.   Thursday I spent most of the day patching the walls and touching up the paint in the living room.  I took everything off the walls and started over.  I'm so proud of it now.  Looks great.  You can't tell where I touched up with paint.  I measured very carefully hanging pictures so I didn't put a hole where it shouldn't be.

Today I'm going to make a pot of chili.  It's not really "chili" weather but I like it any time.

I work Monday and Tuesday and off Wednesday.  Max is having the Neuro Stimulator put in his back permanently Wednesday.  His appointment is at 11:00 so I have to take the whole day off.  I'll work Thursday and Friday.  Then the next week I'm taking Thursday and Friday off.  I rescheduled my appointment with my surgeon from this week to the 23rd.  Hoping I can take off a few pounds.  But, I'm not going to let the exercise guru intimadate me any more.  I exercise far more than anyone my age that I know.

My son's GF has a Health Rider I'm going to buy from her.  She should be using it but doesn't want it.  I will still go to the gym but the HR will be good to have on those nights I don't want to go out.

I've got a desk to clean out so I need to get off here and get busy.

Well we got another inch of rain last night. did you all get any? that makes 8 inches in less than a week wow when we pray and ask God for rain i guess we need to be detailed LOL ....But i guess he is giving us what we really need.

Still working on Georgies car....replaced this part and that part and it is still cutting out and loses power....called this mech that Andy told me about and we are going to try and get it into them dont think we can drive it and our trailer is only a one axel trailer so think it would be too heavy for it....will see if neighbor has one that we can borrow....he really needs it to be running. He called his Aunt last night , the one that is paying for all of his schooling. and she told him to get an estimate and she would see so dont know if she is going to pay for the fixing or what. I wish she would say go to the Ford place and trade it in on something else. She has the money. She married a guy that started his own company and now is a multi millionaire...                                                                                      dont have a lot planned for today...dont have to go to work today but will tomorrow and monday..........

going to get busy cleaning house today and making a big pot of stew today too. getting ready to can some more pickled jalapenos.....have enough to make about 6 more pints. im hoping i can do enough of them that i wont have to buy any this winter lol ...i do love my hot jalapenos with just about everything. i put them on sandwiches and with almost any meat , makes it taste better to me and go down easier....i know a lot of you say that it burns your tummy but it doesnt seem to bother mine.

well got to get busy, may have to go outside and work today the sun is shining so pretty and it isnt hot so far....love you all

Debbie, After reading your post this morning my heart aches for you. After losing my husband, of 35 years, in June to heart failure I can understand, I had a good support group, and turned to the church for guidance, and the friends I made here on the message board helped me tremendously. So keep posting, we are all here for you. I'm sending up a special prayer for you both. Keeping faith is hard now, but you need to do that, keep posting and let us know how he's doing.
