yes it could be your blood pressure meds.....do you have a b/p machine? try not taking your meds and check and see what your b/p is about noon and then in the afternoon and at night.....if it stays low enough dont take the med...you can wind up in the hospital taking it when you dont need it....also it could be not drinking enough water or not getting enough protein in too.....your doctor didnt say anything about cutting it in half or taking it only every other day instead of every day? you know your body better than anyone else....do what you think it is calling you to do.

I am going back to work tomorrow. It has been 6 weeks since surgery and the doctor is finally releasing me to go back. I probably should have gone back sooner but with my grandaughter being in the hospital and christmas I didn't want to pu**** I am still having some problems with dizziness or light headedness sometimes. I am wondering if it could be my blood pressure medicine.
I wish I had your energy to get things done around the house. so much I wanted to get done while I was off and the time went so quickly that I don't feel that I got anything acomplished.
think I am going to turn in early since this old body is out of the habit of getting up at 5 a.m. now.

well it is finally Monday again.....holidays really mess me up on the day of the week lol ...guess thats a sign of getting old maybe.
just got off the phone with a friend of ours in Louisana , she said it was only 20 degrees there this morning and was a big frost on everything. ...told her we had that too but was a little colder , is 16 here this morning.
dont know what was on my mind last night but i couldnt get to sleep at all . I napped off and on ...would sleep maybe 20 or 30 minutes and then be awake for a couple of hours. . weird, im not sleepy yet ....oh well im off for the next 3 days , i will probably drop tonight.
as i said im off the next three days and then have 3 more days of working and thats it. done, finally....then we can get busy working on getting out of here ......yea!!!!!!
going to take down the Christmas tree today....then start caulking around windows and doors ....we do that every year. taking out the old and putting in new so we know that it is well sealed.
still need to wash the windows but how i hate doing that. lol
well will get off here need to go strip the bed and wash the linens....

I actually got out and did a little shopping this morning. I had to see what kind of half price stuff I could find to put up for next year. I did buy a few gifts for next year. I found christmas quilts for 9.50. I am wishing I had bought more now but I would have to find somewhere to keep them till next year.
If you know anyone who collects Stangl pottery I have a whole bunch of pieces my MIL wants me to sell for her. Its town and country blue. Looks a little like spatterware to me. I have ten plates and lots of other pieces.They stopped making it in the seventies.
I can't wait to hear about your trip Jan. I have thought about leaving the US for a while to save money. Not sure DH would ever go for it. He is taking me to Paris in the spring so I am not going to complain to much. I still think we will end up somewhere in Texas in a few years.
My brother is improving but his mind is still not quite back to where it should be. He did have a small bleed at first but the second Ct showed it had reabsorbed . They think in time he will get better. Physically he is progressing but still has a long way to go. Thanks for all the prayers.

Jan, I'm sure you earned that double pay day. When do you leave for Ecuador? I would like to get away from this cold weather. Hate going anywhere at night and having to get in a cold car although ours heat up pretty quickly.
The last 2 evenings I made myself sick eating things I shouldn't. Friday I had a small cupcake at the wedding and all the way home I felt just awful. Last night I had a sliver of Cheesecake and a sliver of a brownie dessert. Tasted good going down but in no time I was feeling barfy. No more sugar!! Just not worth it. I can make sugar free items that are just as good.
I got a recipe using SF cranberry juice, orange juice and cinnamon. It's heated and you stir with a cinnamon stick so I'm going make some of that for a treat.
Max gave me a portable DVD player so I have no excuse for not doing my exercise DVDs. I can go in the bedroom and shut the door and workout all I want or maybe I should say all I "should." Wanting to exercise won't happen to me but I know I need to.

yes it really is sunday, even tho it feels like we have had several sundays in a row right now ....always does to me when there is a holiday during the week...anyway have to work again today. they are getting their worth out of me for this last week i guess. I told Joe well i will have a great final check from them ...besides getting paid double for yesterday. .
guess i will have them mail the last check to my sisters house in Houston since i hope we will be in Ecuador by then...will make some good spending money on the rest of our trip lol ....

We would rather do that than get things ....altho he did get me really pretty little cross necklace....not too expensive but very pretty.
He said since our wedding anniversary , Christmas and your birthday all are right here together couldnt not get you something. he is such a romantic,.
well we will be taking down the christmas tree and decorations tomorrow since i am off and will be making a trip to Home depot to pick up some of their totes they have on sale right now. they are the best thing in the world to store things in. and we are going to need several of them im sure.
will get off here have to start getting ready for work. get some energy for one thing. ....see you tomorrow....

How nice of you Jan to work so others could be off. Sounds like you had a rough night. That is pretty bad to go into a nursing home on Christmas Eve. Losing someone at this time of year is really bad too although no matter what time of year it is, it's difficult.
I'm lazy today. I did reheat the ham to make sandwiches. We're going to my niece's this evening. I baked a Brownie Pie topped with cherry pie filling. Definitely not a healthy dessert. I ate 2 cookies this morning and my tummy didn't like them at all. I drank a lot of water to try to wa**** out.
I didn't do much baking this year. I just don't have much interest in all that junk I used to love.
