Jo  lol isnt it something how dense some people can be ? just amazes me with the things i see and hear now days. Just dont understand it at all....

we just got home from delivering a new car to Joes neice....she is a single mother of a 3 year old and works hard to take care of him....her car that she had was a piece of junk and was a danger to her and the baby ....so Joe and I told her that if we found a good car for her that we would pay half of it if she could pay the other half when she gets her income tax  so we found one really quick didnt mean to have to do this this quick but ok we did and so we paid all of it and then took it to her. she was so excited i thought she was going to flip her lid....we got a really good deal on it and had it checked out and is in perfect shape...got her a 2002 Honda for only 3200.00 saw one on a car lot for twice that much....
 
anyway just got home had to go all the way over to Berryville to meet up with the neice....her little boy was as happy as she was i think ...


Jo i still cant eat eggs very often....i can eat them with onions and well drained sausage mixed together in scrambled eggs some time...then i put salsa and cheese over them ....that way taste good but that is about it. ...

It's a dreary old day here.  I'm on the 33rd floor of the building and all I see is clouds.  We have closed the office at 3:30 this week and I'm hoping to do that today.

I bought myself an IPOD Touch with gift cards I received from work.  I had buyer's remorse soon afterwards.  That happens a lot with me when I spend a chunk of money.  I think I'll really enjoy it once I get it set up.

Yesterday my SD called Max and asked if we are available to come over Saturday evening for our Christmas gathering.  They went to NE for Christmas.  She said she would get pizza and thought everyone could chip in on the cost.  I thought surely I had misunderstood Max.  I was fuming.  Max just spent 5 days going to her house 3 times a day to take care of the dogs.  The dance costumes will need altering and I'm expected to do them.  And, we have to pay for our supper.  He has a hockey game and I told him I'm not eating pizza.  I rarely eat pizza and now that I'm watching my diet I surely don't want some greasy pizza.

I tried eggs again this week and just can't eat them.  First, I fixed scrambled eggs with cheese.  The dogs got most of mine.  Then I made a Quiche with 4 varieties of cheese.  It was okay but still eggy tasting.

Not so warm here, had a hard frost last night, lucky thing is it does warm up a little more during the day, definitely not complaining. Spent last Friday in and out of the cold up in Omaha. They have a nice terminal, but you really have to walk to get around.

Bet you're getting excited to leave and go real south.

Am still losing weight, and getting my protein. Get all of the vitamins and stuff taken most days, did forget one day after we got our load and headed to Florida. Getting lots of walking. Especially here. I am at the back of the motel, so I am close to the truck and can keep an eye on it, and go outside and start it and run it so the batteries stay charged. Then if I want to eat I have to walk to either McDonalds, maybe a 1/4 mile walk, or the the IHOP, which is almost as far. Tomorrow I'm going into town and do a little grocery shopping. Am right on the main bus line, so at least I have transportation.

well lucky you to be out of this cold nasty gloomy yucky weather....im really anxious to get out of here too.....just waiting , waiting , waiting. been declutering my house. packing up all sorts of stuff to sell later ....lol if nothing else have a garage sale or something , . so ready for a change.

how is the diet and protein going? are you still losing weight and are you getting some exercise?besides driving?
