Will I go to KU Medical!!! I had an anchor cut tummy tuck and the results were NOT what were expected. I have another 1 pound or so of skin they need to take off and went in today to do an in office visit to take care of the problem instead they took one look at my belly and said I have way too much skin and have to have it done in the OR. It is going to cost me ANOTHER $2000 to fix the problem. I left in tears cause it took all my savings to have this procedure done and its not even fixed. Then the Dr. told me even if he does take off the skin it still may look saggy....wth???? Has anyone ever had this problem with thier anchor cut??? Im completly devestated and cannot afford to keep paying for something that should have been done right the 1st time. He could care less I was in tears and not happy with the results. We went over EVERYTHING including my weight which has been stable for the last 2 years. THey even reweighed me to make sure and compared it to my last 8 month visits. I don't know what to do!! Please give me any advice!!!
I always apologize for the late notice, but better late than never, right! The Bariatric Information Meeting and Support Group will meet tonight in Sedalia at Bothwell Regional Health Center. The meetings begin at 6:00 with the Information Session for pre-surgical patients and continues at 7:00 with the Post-Op Support Group. Tonight's topic is "There's an Ap for That". Hi Guys! I'm going to have weight loss surgery soon and would like to find some weight loss buddies who have either already started the process (or will be starting the process like me) in the St. Charles or St. Louis area. I had an anchor tummy tuck done march 29th of this year at KU medical residency clinic and I had horrible results:(. They failed to take enough saggy skin and now I have a muffin top from hell:(. They plan to remove more skin in their office through local anesthetic on the 29th of this month. I have so much more that I don't know how they can do it without putting me under. Has anyone had this problem before?? I'm so frustrated I don't know what my options are! I can't afford to have someone else do it over. I've only heard great things about this place and now I'm so not happy with the results. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!! TIA
