It was a beautiful day in NEMO!!!

I want you all to know....SInce I dont have nothing to worry about anymore and Im waiting for my big WLS day....My sister took everyone out to dinner. Then we went to play Bingo in a little town up north of us...I wont 30 bucks twice and my sister won 60 bucks too....I dont like gambling but it was fun. I dont think the Lord minded me playing since he let me win... teehee.....IM still a good boy though..... I hardly get to go anywhere since I dont get around very good for now.. SO it was a real treat for me...I had a blast....I havent laughed for so long either.. It was great therapy....Craig Lee

Craig I'm so glad you got to get out and had a good time. And I don't think God really minds a little bit of gambling now and again. Shoot life is a gamble in a lot of ways. It's so great that so many people on here believe in God and have a love for him. I hope you get your date soon. I sat and ate a whole bag of popcorn because I think that is the one thing I am going to miss. But I am ready to give up more than popcorn to lose this excess weight and be healthy again. LOL that was good that you won some money. I never win anything at Bingo. But like playing it now and then. I have only been to a Bingo Place once but it was sort of fun but hard to keep my mind on what I was doing. I get to watching others and forget to watch my cards. No I dont think God would be mad at you, it isnt like something you take the rent money and do. Wont be long before you can start going places on your own. Does that thought make you happy or is it a little scary? Laughter is the Best Medicine for anything. Did Dr. H. tell you how long it might be before they called you to set up your actual date? I am really excited about seeing him Wednesday. Glad you had a great time yesterday.....many more to follow. Jan

Hello to everyone! Glad to see Craig had some fun and you need that once in a while. And Jan, just want you to know that you can eat popcorn in your life after WLS. I endulge every once in a while but of course I only eat one cup. One kernal at a time takes a long time to eat it but it finally tastes good again. After WLS most food does not even taste good and you definitely are not hungry. Have a great day!!!! Colette

Thats nice to win, I feel the same way about not likeing to gamble,,, but i went tonight and lost 30 dollars lol ive never won at a casino but ive only been 4 times maybe 5 but i needed to get out for a while was depressed and my dad was going anyway.. I hope the best for your WLS!
