New Beginnings Support Group Meeting-Springfield, MO

It's that time again for our wonderful New Beginnings Support Group meeting! I wanted to remind everyone that the next meeting of the New Beginnings Support Group is scheduled to meet Monday, May 8, 2006, at the St. John's Surgery Center, Classroom 4B, 1229 E. Seminole, Springfield, Missouri. We meet from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Our regular meetings are the second Monday of every month. The New Beginnings Support Group is for weight loss surgery pre and post-op patients, their support members or anyone wanting to obtain information on weight loss surgery. We welcome pre-op patients, post-op patients, family members, and the general public. You may be a part of our group regardless of where you have had your surgery, and you don't have to be a patient to attend. The speaker for this month will be our own Katie Branson, ACSW, LCSW, CASAC, Behavioral Health Specialist for the St. John's Weight Loss Surgery Program. It will be a very informative and helpful presentation that you definitely won't want to miss! I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday, the 8th! Cathy how are you doing? Are the personal problems changing for you ? I miss seeing you on the boards . Did you see that Sedalia now has their COE for Medicare and that Craig has an appointment for surgery and hopefully i will soon. I see Dr. Hornbostel next wednesday. Cathy Hello beatiful!!! I am so glad to see your smileing face here on the boards again. I hope and pray everything is working out for you. I called and left you a message I hope you got it. I plan on being there Monday. They put my mother in St. John's Hospital on Thursday and she had her first round of Chemo in 2 parts on Sat and Mon. So I am going to go up there to see her then over to the meeting. Man the Lord works in misterious ways. lol Anyhow I so look foward to seeing you Monday night!!! God Bless Melissa
