GREAT WWONDERFULL NEWS!

I went to the sedalia well DR hornbostels seminar, i liked him alot he was funny down to earth and sounds like i wont be in any pain! they have the coe now and im so happy and medicare and medicaide will cover it and the great part if im able to go home the day after the xray i get a 2500 dollar check . My pcp already faxed my refferal to them i called today and the lady at DR hornbostals office said she has the reffral! i went and regersterd for the hospital and sent all my info they asked for so now im waiting on them to call for a appt for consoltation with DR . Im excited but scared , cause never had one surgery.thanks for all your support!

Benny I am so happy for you. I just got my date today for June 1st. I too am having Dr. Hornbostel do mine. He is great guy. I am excited and scared at the same time too. I wish I could get a 2500 dollar check with my surgery too. Take care Sky

Benny great news bud......LOL You let the Cat out of the bag which is ok because I didnt know how much longer I could hold the secret..Dr. Hornbostel told me not to say nothing until after tomarrrow lol i was like OMG lol....Iam so happy for you.. the way i understood is if you get the lap band its cheaper than the rny, and you usuallyy go home like the next morning which the hosptil charges something like 15,000 for band and 17,500 dollars for RNY , i want the RNY and its possible you would half to stay up to three days , but if im able to go home the next day after the surgery therfore not staying the 3 days the hospital will only charge the 15,000 because i didnt have to stay the two extra days , but its only if you go home the next day with no complacations..... hope i made it clear lol and not confused myself and anyone else

the 2500 check is only if you get the RNY and get to go home the next day after the surgery because its 2500 more than the band because you might have to stay longer in the hospital , i think this to me is great can pay some other bills , hope i have a good xray lol
