I'm frustrated today!!!!!

hey wonderful wls mo peeps, today is very frustrating for me. All day yesterday I had trouble keeping anything down. I am exactly 1 month post op and eating stinks. Nothing tastes good and I'm not hungry at all I can't even get down a protien drink... arggghhh . I hate puking. Help.... am I alone in this , or am I normal?

You are So normal. Eating after this surgery is not easy. Try to get your protien and liquids down and the food will eventually come back as well. I am about 4 1/2 months out and I still have days when nothing sounds good and things wont stay down. Good luck. Wayne
