No idea yet. I'm drinking a Crystal Light sunrise orange to help get in some water. I love water but I need to shake things up a bit. It's really good. i have a sore throat right now and I'm not sure what I want to put on it today. Maybe... B: string cheese ( I bought some laughing cow and might try that. L: refried beans/ or tuna D: chicken and green beans

I have a question? what kind of cx patties are you eating? I had wls 1 week after you girl by the same doc. what kind of creative stuff will I be able to have in a week or so?

I will be doing the tyson chicken breaded pattie it has 17grams of protein i 'll put it in the oven and bake it and melt cheese on it to get my protein in so when i put the cheese on it will come out to 20 grams all together.

I will e-mail you with some ideas that i come up with i haven't had any problems with anything so you'll be able to eat almost everything but i try to make healthier choices when i choose foods like turkey bacon,eggs,cheese,turkey burger patties,baked chicken,stuff with a lot of protein in it,but if you have any other questions feel free to ask i'll help as best i can!

Early Breakfast - Muscle Milk, 1 serving oatmeal Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, bacon, sliced tomatoes Snack - yogurt Lunch - Salad w/ fat free dressing, yogurt Dinner - Smoked fat free turkey breast, tomatoes, 1 plain bagel, SF Vanilla Latte skim milk w/splenda Snack - Oatmeal, Muscle Milk That does it for me. I work out daily (cardio and cardio/weight train)... alot of exercise for sure! Oh and I drank TONS of water..... literally.... especially before, during and after my cardio .... Elizabeth~
