GOOD MORNING !
Up and going on this coolish Wednesday morning~!
A bit stiff and sore from last nights workout. I knew it was coming.. bumped up the weights (alot) and increased the reps significantly.
I had a WOW moment last night... right in the middle of doing my "HULK EXERCISES"...standing dumbbell flys (and no I am NOT gonna rip the front of my shirt in two like Lou Ferrigno did *HA*) I noticed a group of the weight lifters talking... I thought to myself... ah crap I must be doing these wrong - insert negative thoughts which is NOT good even though I KNEW I was doing them right-...
well...they weren't negative comments at all. They were praise. I am getting very ripped/cut and it shocked me... was that me in the reflection? The one that had the upper body of a body builder (in a good way not gross)...
OHMYGO**** was me.... and they were commenting on me..
It took a while to sink in... I am changing and in a big way changing... 110 of those damned dumbbell flys later and several other shoulder/neck/upper body sets/reps PLUS cardio...it is starting to sink in.
I am doing it.
Sore this morning and feeling rather ok with it...
