Question about surgeons or physicians near Barnhart MO

My daughter recently moved to Barnhart, MO and is needing to find a physician who will follow through on her weight loss surgery plans that she started with another physician. She has Tricare Prime and so is limited to who she can see. She saw one doctor that basically told her, he wasn't Jenny Craig and had no desire to help her. She needed to exercise and cut back on her food intake. This poor gal has been eating less than 1200 calories a day for months and exercises 5 days a week. She hasn't been able to lose any weight for a long time. She wants to be banded since that has worked so well for me. I know how she feels, I was at the same place in my life two years ago. Can anyone help with recommendations for caring physicians in that area?

The do lap band and rny in Springfield at St Johns hospital. Docs Cameron and Doc Hodges. We have a good support group there that meets the second Monday of the month at 5 30 pm at St JOhns Outpatient surgery center.
