Saturday Morning:
Cathy I cant believe you are a lic. Pilot. Wow. That has always been one of dreams is to learn how to fly.
. Maybe after weight loss surgery I will do that. I will try and call you after Monday evening. I am going to the seminar with my sister in Springfield.
Desperately Seeking Surgery. Good deal girl . I'm glad you are getting your surgery soon.. But like Cathy said now you need to change your name.
Wayne so the training is all over now? Go sell , sell ,sell. And make lots of money. I am looking forward to meeting you one of these days soon.
Craig...Keep us all in prayer and we will be on the losing bench soon too. I would imagine that Dena is very busy now since all of Missouri has found out that they are close to getting their Certification. She does have an email but can't find it right now. It was on those papers they gave us at the seminar.
Lia, Hopefully there will be something closer to you soon. I know what a pain it is to find anything at all . I have Medicare too and I really think they did this on purpose. Makes them look good that they are looking out for us but are they? NO!!! they are just making it harder.
Colette; If I have surgery in Sedalia , I certainly hope you come visit me ....Have you heard anything else about the certification at all?
Deanna...Hope this finds you doing ok . And remember to follow all of your Drs. Orders? Water, water, water. I know that has got to be hard . I have trouble getting that much water down now, before surgery.
Pixielf: Sounds like you know a lot abou****er gardens. I want this one in the front yard and it has a natural slant to the yard. Want to have a fairly large pool with a water fall then a stream going from there to another small pond. Is that too much of an undertaking to do ? Probably so , I tend to get visions of grandeur in my head about projects ...
That will probably be a project for next year more than likely since the big one for this year is getting a green house built. I have a portable one right now but want a permanent one. I have more flowers to plant today that came yesterday . I have a black elephant ear and about 25 caladium bulbs to plant too.
I was so tired last night I went to bed at 9 so now I'm up at 3am.We were over cleaning on my youngest daughters house all day. She
hasn't been able to do anything at all but sit since she has been hurting like this. Her husband is one of these guys that doesn't know what it means to clean. She has been out of work for 2 weeks now. Hopefully she can get over this soon.
I'm praying for everyone to have a great Easter Sunday and remember the reason for our celebration. It isn't a fluffy tailed bunny carrying a basket of colored eggs. Praise our Lord and Savior , He is Risen.
Jan
Yes, He is risen! Thank you Jesus.
Busy couple of weeks for me. Been working, concentrating on weight loss (which I think is too slow), taking care of kids and family and working toward my house closing in 13 days!!!!
I think I dumped for the first time the other day. Had a half an eggroll and a crab rangoon just before church Wednesday night. By the time I'd been there thirty minutes I had to go lay in the van until it was over and Rusty and the kids came out. I can only figure it's the MSG. I've had greasy stuff and haven't dumped before. Either way, I'm not messing with Chinese food anymore. Not worth it.
I'm officially down 49 lbs from the week before surgery when I went on the liquid diet, 36 from the day of surgery. It's been two and a half months, so I don't really think that's as quick as I should be losing. I'm sort of bummed about that. I know I would still be 275 if I hadn't had surgery, and I definitely haven't lost this much weight before in two and a half months. But I still wi**** were a bit quicker.
Happy Resurrection weekend to you all
Tracey (who will celebrate with Jesus and the Easter Bunny)
Hi Jan,
I just wanted to say that I think you're just swell...lol...seriously you seem like such a nice person. Your idea for a water feature sounds beautiful and I'm sure your garden is also. I've never been much for gardening myself but my mother had a small waterfall type water feature in the back corner of her garden, I loved it.
I wanted you and everyone else here on this board to know how much I appreciate your support and thank you for making me feel welcome. Hope you guys have a great Easter.
Lia
