Good Friday Morning Missouri: Pixielf, I would love to get together with you sometime and pick your brain abou****erfalls and water garden. I know where I want a large one at but have no real knowledge about how to go about it. I have read and watched videos but I still feel lost. Great going on the gym deal. I wish there was one close enough to us to go to. So I have to concentrate on walking. I hope to add some weights one of these days when I get strong enough to do so. Wayne all of us are so proud of you for getting back to work. That is so amazing. Wonderful, I bet your wife is so proud of you too. Craig I love your testament to Jesus and all of his blessing in your life. You will have to play for us sometime. Would love to hear you. I use to play the piano and still can some but not like I could . When my mom passed away she willed me her piano because I am the only kid out of six that can play any at all. Cathy you really are busy with doing all of this aren't you? Is that all free work you do . That is amazing. Thanks I will call just to be sure about the seminar. I really don't expect St. Johns to get their COE before Sedalia but if they do I will try to get in there. Guess I could register with both and which ever comes up first then I could cancel the other. Would that be wrong to do that??? Jan

Jan, I want to tell you thank you for your active and regular posts. You are such a special member to this Board. Gardening AND piano? I took piano lessons for eight years when I was young. One of my sons is playing the guitar so I hope he keeps it up. Craig, ditto for me to what Jan said to you. I'm so glad that you're back on the Board (where you belong!) with us. Wayne.........you know how I feel and how happy I am for you. I'm a licensed pilot but for you, the sky's the limit!!! Jan, thanks for your support. I absolutely love what I do. It is truly my passion and what makes my heart so full. Jan, as I told you previously, we can talk about some of your options regarding registering. If you call the St. John's program and hit Option 5, Mary is recording updates on the status of their COE process. Does the Sedalia give you progress updates on where they are in the process? Have a great holiday weekend. Cathy ObesityHelp Support Group Specialist

Jan I don't mind giving you some tips and pointers regarding landscaping and other stuff. The biggie with watergardens and waterscaping in general is placement in the environment. You have to deal with runoff and the fact tha****er is going to follow the least resistance and the slope of the land. You also need to be realistic with the upkeep ( I caution most folks on the large gardens as they do take some regular work to keep up with) but I don't mind helping at all!... I grew up around stuff like this.... even for having 6 kids in our family...our backyard could of been on the cover of a magazine. We all took pride in it.... it was a lush and inviting environment..... As for the gym... I wish that I had one close too!..*LOL*... I have to drive 25 miles (one way) just to get to mine but I do it .... I'm stubborn and driven....and the only one available to me locally isn't much better than the "motel exercise" rooms... it is pathetic so I figure that I am worth it to make the added trip to get someplace that is good!... It sounds like you are doing an AWESOME job with your exercise program sweetie! Walking is so incredibly good for you!.... while you are out there doing that practice deep breathing exercises while walking. Some call this "aerobic breathing"... it actually DOES burn calories and it really rejuvenates you at the same time!... get some light light weights... 1-3 lbs. and carry them while you are walking... swing those arms... you will get an awesome workout! ((hugs)) Elizabeth~

Colette, Congratulations on going back to three days a week! It is nice when you can get back to normal and not do your job and the responsibilities of another one too. Makes us appreciate our "norm" schedule and responsibilities. I completely identify with the different person perspective since having surgery. Thanks for articulating that and reminding us all of how far we've come. Cathy ObesityHelp Support Group Specialist

Hello Everyone. I had a bout with my medicare D plan...Somehow they got me messed up in the system charging me way to much for my copayments.. So i called the SSA office and they have to change it for me.....Example: One bottle of saline used to be .50 cents co pay..NOW with this new play since Jan it is now 3.00 per bottle...Rediculous...some day I want to go back to being a Nurse SO I can buy my own medicine and not depending on them losing me in the system.. BUT, HAPPY EASTER TO EVERYONE. I lOVE YOU ALL.....GOD BLESS YOU GUYS..... Jan I tried to call Dena this week never could get through to her..... Craig Lee
