Another beautiful day in the Ozarks ....I worked outside almost all of yesterday and got a little pink in the process. I very seldom burn but will get pink and then tan. Had some new Crinum lillies delivered yesterday. Of course I had to get those planted. My tulips are beginning to fade so am planning on planting something up in the front beds to cover them while they continue to die back. Think I will put moss rose on the edges and not real sure what else. Well still no news from Sedalia. My sister is going to St. Johns orientation seminar this coming monday and wants me to go with her just in case St. Johns gets COE before Sedalia does. It would be a lot closer, for sure. Melissa how are things going for you and your mom? We are keeping you and her in our prayers. Wayne how is the new job going. Are you doing ok and not wearing yourself out too much? Cathy I thought the seminars and the support meetings were the same night but my sister said the paper she got the seminars were on the 3rd monday of every month. Everyone tell me what you are planning for today. I am very interested. Like to hear from everyone. Jan

Good Morning sunshine.... Getting ready to hit the road to work... I have a full day scheduled with a big workout at the gym after work ...and then shopping and then home.... Today is such a lovely day..... I see that you love gardening as much as Mike and I do... I come from a long line of horticulturists... you should of seen our gardens when I was growing up... we used to actually "show" flowers at gardening shows.... one of these days we are going to have to get in touch and compare notes... Mike and I also love to landscape and do water gardens and waterfalls... that is a big project that we are going to be tackling here at home this spring... gotta run or I will be late...have a good one! Good Morning Jan. Still keeping busy with your gardening I see My job is going great, thanks for asking. Right now it is keeping me SOOO busy going through the traing class again. There is a lot of homework every night and tests every morning. We also have to do a presentation on one of the resort areas that we market (I am actually doing 2 locations) so there has not been any free time at all this week. Starting on Moday things will get to normal (training ends Friday). I hope you have an enjoyable day and I will post more after this week. Wayne

Hi Jan, I love hearing about your gardening. I'm sure your garden is a paradise! For me today, I'm working on program development projects and handouts on wls. Conducted a late OH training session that was high energy so I was pumped and didn't want to go to sleep last night and I'm still energized from it! I love it so much! As far as the seminars, call Mary for the exact schedule of dates. She arranges those with Drs. Hodges and Edwards. The support group meetings are New Beginnings is the second Monday of the month from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and The Next Level is the fourth Monday of the month from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Program also has a pre-op seminar that is once a month that Katie Branson conducts (that is absolutely awesome!!!). I know the Program is working fast and furious on getting their COE certification. Have a great day!! Cathy ObesityHelp Support Group Specialist
