Hello beautiful people! How is your day going? Hve you taken your vitamins? Eaten plenty of protein? Drank enough water?
I am 10 months post-op and last time I weighed I had lost 92 pounds. I gave up the scales for Lent, as I was on them 3 and 4 times a day and getting pretty obsessed. So I'm nopt sure what I weigh now. I have gone from a tight 26/28 to a 14/16 in clothes, and my shoes don't fit any more.
To those who are post-op, keep up the good work! To the pre-ops, hang in there, your day will come. We will see you on the losing side soon!

You are doing pretty darn spiffy if I do say so myself! Congratulations!...
I'm wearing a 10 but they are too baggy in the tush and the legs. My tummy is what is keeping me in them or else I would be in 8's. Working very hard with training so that should be working out in the long term. I'm building some awesome muscle mass with my regime.
What type of exercise are you doing? Protein? and do you do supplements? I am hooked right now on Isopure Dutch Chocolate low carb and my trainer has me taking some L Carnitine powder before my workouts. It seems to be helping...
Have a great Sunday afternoon chicklet... I'm done "playing" today so I am just home and doing laundry and lounging around... ahhhhhhhhh this feels good!...

great weight loss for you and you are so beautiful and even more so now I bet. I agree the scales are good to put away. I have lost 61 pounds and I keep weighing and I am going to put them away also. I feel fantastic also. I have a bottle of vitamins you can have . I dont like the taste. You said you liked them. Are you going to be at the seminar on Wed? Colette

Way to go!!! Like you, I used to give so much power to that little box that sat on the floor that I would step on. Pretty silly when I stepped back and thought about it that way. I used to let it determine the kind of day I would have and how I felt about myself. So...congratulations! You're doing great!
