Survey for Post-Ops 3+ Years

I wanted to ask any post-ops that are three years or more to complete the survey listed in the post by Amy of ObesityHelp at the top of our State Board. It is completely anonymous and will help future weight loss patients to follow in our footsteps. It only takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Sorry hasen't been 3 years yet, will you settle for 3 months Just wanted to say hello. I haven't seen you on much latly. I've been lurking but not posting much. I have my Dr appointment Thursday so I will find out my Weight loss numbers then and I will post. I hope you have a great rest of the week. See you at the meeting. Wayne
