Good advice from my trainer....
I had another good session with our personal trainer tonight. (Mike and I both go together).... she sat down with us and tailored our food plans to be specific with our workouts and daily activity.
Mixed reviews from me... I am going to have to eat MORE... and more often (which I kinda knew)....
The focus is on less carbs in the latter part of the day... lower glycemic scale foods and of course protein...
I can see the change... muscles are getting toned/scuplted/ripped... I'm getting there.... *g*
