Well I only have one more week to wait untill my three monthe Dr follow-up visit. I will finally get to weigh and see what my official weight loss is. I am hoping to be about 100 pounds down. I can't believe I am even able to imagine -100 pounds, this surgery is a miricle. Today I am taking my kids to the movies to see The Chronicles of Narnia. Its at the dollar movies so we are taking advantage of it. I hope everyone is going to have a good day and an even better weekend. Wayne

Wayne, I was wondering how you were doing, loss-wise. I hope you hit your mark also. I was in the eagon office last week and the scale seemed about right - so you should expect the best. As for the movies - are you able to eat popcorn or drink soda? I can sip a few sips of soda and have successfully eaten 2 pieces of popcorn - remember i am only 6 weeks out. When I am at the 100 lb loss, which I cannot imagine at this point, I'll be screaming from the mountaintops (and NOT from spaghetti water!). Good Luck. You are an inspiration. Let's all get there together.

Good Morning Angel, I can eat about a handfull of popcorn and I don't drink soda. I usually drink Hi C fruit punch when I go out. You better believe if I hit my 100 pound mark everyone will here me screaming. We will soon be known as "the skinny ones" of the Missouri board Wayne

Hello Jan, I started at 534. I feel great right now. In fact I feel so good that on Monday I am going back up to my job to see about getting my old job back. I had to quit and go on disability but I am ready to get back and resume being my old self again. Pray for me as I haven't worked in almost 3 years. Wayne

You will be able to go back to work sometime Wayne. I thought I would never work again but I worked part time last year and I have a part time job I started three weeks ago. I have been training for 40 hours a week which is a little too much but my regular hours are only 5 hours a day which I can handle. Weight loss helps you be able to work again my problem is my heart still is pretty crappy even after losing the weight, but if I had not lost weight I would not have even thought about going back to work. I am even able to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to my job, and I have been walking a mile to 2 miles a day as well as working and no way could I have done all that as a pre op. You are going to get so skinny no one will recognize you anymore.

hey David, missed you at the last SG meeting. Hope everything with the new job works out well. Keep up the good work. You need to get together with me and Mike "AKA cards fan" for coffee at Paneras some day. Have a great weekend. Wayne
