Good News and Bad News

Bad news first, I was going to use Dr. Hornbostel in Sedalia but found out today that their hospital doesn't take UHC. Anyway, good news now, I called insurance company today and they do cover gastric bypass or that is what the lady told me. Now, need some help finding a Dr. in KC area.

Have you checked the OH Surgeon Board? Have you checked the site for the American Society for Bariatric Surgery? It is www.asbs.org. Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone but I'm sure with the vast knowledge and experience of people on this Board, someone will be able to share something with you.
