Vitamin question

I am having a hard time swallowing the crushed B1 vitamin. It is nasty and I gag everytime. I mix all of my crushed medicines together and have tried them in jello, and with my protien. Nothing seems to help with that particular taste, it sticks out and gets me everytime. Today I actually threw up for the first time, not fun. So I know I can do B12 injections once a month, what about the B1 can that be injected, does anyone know? Thanks in advance!

You'll need a prescription from your Surgeon or PCP, but there is a liquid Thiamin. This is what they sent me home with from DePaul and it worked fine until I was able to do the pills crushed and then later whole. I agree with ya - the crushed ones taste awful, awful. Keep on taking the crushed though until you get the liquid...keep hearing more and more how important the B1 is. Best wishes!!

What about trying the sublings that dissolve under your tongue? I know wal-mart and walgreens both sell them.
