Whether or not I get replies isn't the issue... making folks realize that they NEED to exercise is... Move it or loose it... MUSCLE MASS THAT IS... Move it AND loose it... FAT .... What are YOU going to do today to achieve these goals? Think about it. E

Thanks for the motivation....I need it...Right now I am running through the house trying to get some cleaning done....I am going to go out to the garage here as soon as I get Dalton on the bus and use my elliptical....I will of course be going up and down the stairs also to do laundry and then depending on the weather I might take Jaiden for a walk, if it remains cold I might just go walk Wally World.... Thanks I need some extra motivation today...... Rachael

Hah! You caught me before I went to work!.. Hey chicquita...what ever it takes to get motivated.... sounds like you have a plan my dear!... Me? I'm going to hit the gym yet again... I also look at it this way... I am doing something good for myself and NOT anywhere near food while I'm there! *g*... plus I like it.... I also like motivating folks while they are finishing up THEIR workouts (as I'm waiting for their piece of equip)... I have received nothing but good feedback from my comments.... seems that so many folks are so into themselves as they work out that they don't reach out as friends to others... of course I don't bother folks if they look like they want to be left alone..but also... those that seem all alone and really struggling... I give em' pep talks.... and they love it! Plus I like helping!... We are all in this together! Have a blessed day sweetie pie and kiss Jaiden for me! Elizabeth~

That, my friend, is why I'm crawling out of bed extra early every day and draggin' my shrinking behind to Curves!!! I knew I had reached the point that jus****er aerobics was not going to get the job done now. And I'm loving the early morning workouts -- and I have NEVER been a morning person!!! 4 weeks out from surgery today. I am tired a lot and fairly useless to my family as I am taking care of myself these days.....my source of personal pride is that EVERY day since my 1 week mark, I am out walking the track. I am up to a mile every day - may not seem much to y'all but it is lots to me....... I heard the words - move it and lose it! I think it helps you heal if you can grin and bear it!
