Good morning Missouri....

Good morning Missouri, Where is everyone? I am up and at 'em getting ready to make my trip to Springfield to take my daughter for a two week check up. She is growing so much, God is so good to us....She will already be three weeks old this coming Friday and I can't believe it... I hope that everyone had a blessed weekend. I did, didn't get to go to church because it was just a little cold and didn't want to take the baby out in the weather. Did some house cleaning and some reading, cuz hubby worked and my son was in St Louis with my dad. On a good note I have lost 20 pounds since having my daughter and I had only gained 28 pounds. I am on a roll....before you know it I will be down past where I was when I got pregnant. Protein, protein, protein and lot's and lot's of liquids to include water and crystal light.....I have been doing a lot of stairs too, since my laundry room is downstairs.
