75lbs gone

3 months post op, went to the dr today, and I am down 75lbs, and my BMI is now 52.1 down from 67...I am very pleased. Just wanted to share my news..

Hey that is great -75 pounds is a lot. I see you are from Farmington. I was born and raised in Fredericktown. Lived there untill I graduated out of high school. Only been back a very few times. Jan

What wonderful progress you are making. That is a lot of weight!! Think of it as more than 3 one year-old children. I know this because my granddaughter is a little over one and weighs about 23 lbs.
