One more day!
I took today off to try to get the stuff done around my house that I needed. I have to get my son's and my bag packed for the hospital. My husband has moved out again (rather I kicked him out two weeks ago) so I had to make arrangements for my 3 year old to stay with my sister. He is a little confused by it but I tried to explain it as best as I could. My surgery is tomorrow at 9:30 am at DePaul. Wish me luck, I am starting to get a bit nervous but know all will be fine!
Congratulations on your big day. Sorry to hear about the problems you and your husband are having, I hope it works out to your best interest. Just think of all the things you will be able to do with your son once the weight is gone. You will be in my prayers for an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. See ya on the losing side.

Yeah when I applied they had approved me and whirled me into the or in less then 2 weeks.. SO I was nervous , ok lets be truthfull terrified, the night before.
Tell you the truth though, the only thing that I was thinking about as I waited in the reay room for the OR was that I would have killed for a pizza!
So yep being nervous is normal, but dont worry... It will go away.
