3 months post op

Good Morning everyone! Well I am going to my 3 month post op check up today, and I can't wait to see what there scale says...It better be the same or less than what the scales at the gym say. I am happy with any weight loss and will not be upset if it has not met my goal. I will come off, so no need in getting all upset. Have a great day and God Bless you all. Susan

Susan... You have got the right mindset going... continue on with it!.... It isn't so much how the race is run ...as much as it is the final outcome!... we are all individuals and we all loose weight at difference paces ....
